I like the games and you're doing that kind of in between. But, yeah, I would probably reduce the amount of volume of what your focus is with the exercises and really kind of sharpen a few, like, real foundational movements to teach them. So that way they can kind of build upon that as they go. But, yeah, I mean, like, suspension trainers, I don't know if you use them or not.

That's a real helpful tool, you know, with kids to kind of get that. Yeah, just to direct their body a little more. I know that's a big issue is really they're just โ you know, have to get that body awareness established first and control.
