So that's how I think that's what I meant by, I would actually go upper, lower, upper, lower, upper, lower at the end of the month. Yeah. Irregardless. So at the end of the month, so some weeks you have two of them going to be upper and then other times they're going to have two or lower and you just toggle through the whole month after 30 days though. It looks like, yeah.

year it looks pretty pretty yeah yeah yeah no i agree i think that's that's sometimes we look at everything in this like snapshot of seven days and it's like no you're actually like that i like that a lot yeah because you can easily you can easily go upper lower upper and then lower upper yeah yeah yeah yeah all the way through and then at the end of the month if you do the math on you're basically getting two really good workouts of upper or lower in a week like that's pretty solid you can make some pretty good gains now that works well
