Our process for building sites wasn't as profitable.
It was when we started and that's when we started brokering deals.
Yeah, probably 15 or so.
So we, if you look all time, we've sold better than 90% of the businesses we've listed, but that's, that's a little off because you figure we sell a lot of sites in the $15,000 range, $50,000 range.
We've been moving up the value chain into the 300, 500, $800 million listings.
And those are still relatively new for us.
I'm not sure how well those are gonna sell.
They tend to stick a little bit longer, but the other sites move really, really quickly.
So like a $40,000 Amazon affiliate site, generalizing, it'll last longer than 30 days.
No, that's how many were listed.

Maybe we had one or two that bought multiple properties, but generally it's a unique buyer.
Yeah.
So it used to be, there was 30,000 last year.
It's about 70 something thousand.
I don't know, April, I can tell you this year to date, it's around 70 something thousand.
So we've, that's gone up significantly for us.
Because that makes, I mean, we can, we can do the same amount of deals, double the average deal size and make a ton more money.
Uh, that was 176 deals last year in 2015 for 4.56 million.
Well, we sold a lot of small sites around two, $3,000 sites.
