We said, look, there's a spectrum of people, right?

The people with no money and lots of time, and those are our builders.

Those are the people that build sites with us and ultimately end up selling.

On the other end, you have people with more money, no time, and they're the ones that buy, right?

They don't have as much time to put into it.

But what do we do with the people with tons of money and absolutely zero time?

They wanna get involved with websites and online businesses.

So we created what we call an investor program.

We raised 800,000 from 11 investors and put together a portfolio of sites

I think that's the real future.

I think there's a huge there's going to be a huge industry there.

I just think it's really, really early.

So we're starting to see other people do that.

So it's not just us.

And I think I think that's going to be really big.

So we're probably going to get more into that over the next couple of years.

So we don't charge them anything, ultimately.

We charge a refundable deposit.
