Yeah, that's crazy insane, right?
For sure.
Oh my gosh.
It really speaks to what we were just talking about with dolphin because the basin is so large.
There's a lot of real estate for these storms to just become so strong and so large in their scope out there as well.
And with the shear, things can just go gangbusters in the Pacific.
And we're talking about the El Nino with this deep dive.
It's starting to go gangbusters as well.
With all this warm water, that's the energy.
It's something we call ACE that we look at here.
accumulating cyclone energy.
There's a lot of that built up into the Pacific due to the El Nino.
And when we see a lot of activity in, or I should say less activity in the Atlantic, we typically do see a lot more in the Pacific basin.
And that's what we have going on out there right now.
We don't have anything to talk about.
We like to see that winch here.
Dry, dusty air bodes well for the entire Atlantic Basin, but it is a little unusual.
As we head towards August time, we start to see that back off, and that's when things begin to typically flare up over what we call the main development region, north of about 10 degrees north in the Atlantic there.
