This all bodes well for us.
I caution everyone because we are still in hurricane season and it only takes one storm to be a devastating season for you.
We can't tell you at this point in time exactly where these storms are going to track.
I point back to 1992 Hurricane Andrew.
That was an El Nino year.
The storm itself, Andrew, was at the tail end of that El Nino season.
But we had a Category 5 storm hit the state of Florida, wind over 145 miles per hour.
And yeah, what a storm that was back in 1992.
For sure.

It did.
And originally it was thought that Andrew was a Category 4 storm, but they went back and looked at instrumentation, and it was upgraded to a Category 5 later, I believe years later, actually, after initially –

And you can see some of the strongest at landfall as well.
We think back to Melissa that hit Jamaica, 185.
Keep in mind the forecast for Dolphin is 190.
