I just spoke to him before.

You know, he's such an emotional kid, emotional person, and he generally feels like he's letting the side down.

But this kid is just – he walks on the field.

I feel better about life.

Our fans feel better about life.

And I feel it's an unfair thing.

Like he had some issues last year that he was looking to go home just to sort out some personal business.

But now at this stage of his tenure at the moment, he's happy and he just wants to play good football.

But we're consistently linking his name and social media and these things.

And we talk about the player's health and wellbeing.

You know, we sit there and give it lip service, to be completely honest.

You know, my greatest thing with Bailey is just park.

what you do, you know, your thought process.

Let's just get your footy up and talking.

And he completely agrees.

And, you know, he's just such a wonderful kid that he's trying to do his very best to help the Gold Coast win.

And it's just not working for him at the moment.

And the fact of the matter is it's my job to help him through that.
