about how to cope best cope with the disruption that we're all experiencing, but especially people who are trying to enter into whatever industry they want to to be a part of.
Um, as you know, like entry level jobs have just been eviscerated by AI, or at least the the the assumption by hiring managers that
whether it's productivity grant gains among more senior uh uh associates or or whether it's the the the prediction that
uh those productivity gains are just around the corner.
Either way, there's a lot of hesitation to hire anybody who's not like an absolute rock star.

But I talked to this guy.
He'd like started a business ten years prior, like started a a uh
a game development summer school sort of thing in in Ohio when he was like a teenager and like grew to uh like a dozen staff, you know, uh has been building a bunch of
uh one off apps for teachers um by taking like he has a a friend of his who had a viral video where he's like soliciting teachers to like hey if you have an app idea or something you want to do and they built a huge fucking spreadsheet and then they just gave them each like a
a a a short half an hour consult to kinda triage these ideas and then they're building, you know, little
AI generated one off apps to to make whether it's seating charts or particular learning modules for for for K twel educators.
Um
using AI in that way to
to build a whole bunch of creative stuff that solves their problems?
And he's trying to figure out how do I like whether it's a non profit that generates a healthy revenue or or a or a a proper business.
