Because as you create a whole lot of new surface area in my applications that I don't like, I am suddenly inspired.
to iterate on all those things.
So it's a capability suitability.
curve.
Um one of my favorite conference talks of all time.
Gary Bernhardt, friend of the show, called Capability I think the title was Capability Suitability.
I might be wrong about that.
But ba basically like showed that like, you know, we would have these
bursts of capability in programming languages, the things you could physically accomplish with a programming language would would suddenly uh the expressiveness, the things you could do would increase.
But it came with a lot of sharp edges and gotchas.
And then the subsequent revolution was like a TikTok of the next language after that.
So you think of like C plus plus.
And then the next big language after that was Java.
It was a suitability release, like a suitability revolution of honing down those, you know, sharp edges and those dangerous things to to make things safe again.

What are you able to accomplish and how well can you go?
For me, when I iterate just one little tiny thing at a time and I move perfectly, I am moving a lot slower, but I also exhaust a lot of my creative capital by being a little myopic and like zooming in with a loop a narrow loop on like okay, I the the the list item rows are finely formatted how I want.
I exhaust myself and then I'm like, oh yeah, what else did I want to actually accomplish with this app?
