When it came to managing personalities, he was unbelievable at it.
And and that's what you gotta be able to do.
I mean, yeah, you gotta manage what do you get your starters gonna be your style, your lineup's gonna be your lineup.

Not saying managers don't do anything, they do a lot of things, but but it's more the the hardest part, and I think that's why you see a lot of these teams now are you know starting to come back trying to get like the older school guys because that they can

If he didn't like what you were doing, he was gonna let you know.
