So I think for me, a lot of people have asked me this.
The most nervous I was was the two, three hours before the game, the pregame nap, the getting up from the pregame nap, the walking over to the rink, the, you know, the anticipation of the game for me was more stressful than actually playing the game.
Once I got into the game, I always told myself just to relax and smile.
And especially in these playoff games, I mean, what an opportunity for all of these players right now.

You train all that work in the summer that you do when no one's watching.
All of the extra stuff that you do in the weight room that nobody sees is all for this chance right now to play in the Stanley Cup Finals and have an impact.
And I was just reminded myself, I was sitting in that dressing room whenever it was a big game or something, just smile, enjoy it.
Because this is the stuff that you wanted your whole life.
And try and go out there and make a difference.

Just go out there and go out there and give it a go and give yourself a chance.

I sent him a text there yesterday when, when, you know, I was hoping he got it just when he woke up and just, just, you know, told him just to keep it going.
