So we basically got a house under contract, and we sold the rights to that contract.

And then we started doing an average about one a month.
But then 2010 was really tough.
We moved, we changed the way we were buying.
And it was a really tough year.
And then going into 2011, like we mentioned, I remember Tara, do you want to tell them what happened in 2011?
Because even though we had made money in the past, we were paying off debt.
