Yeah, well, we had $120,000 in debt before we got into flipping.

And then we had a guy who, we had a satellite dish business in the previous life.

That's the point, you know, when we first got married.

I'd buy your kit.

So we had this guy that committed a bunch of fraud.

So we spent an entire year.

We probably, through him, lost another $150,000 to $200,000.

So all this money that we were making was going towards expenses.

It was paying off debt.

And then now this guy was all this stuff.

And then, like I said, things finally started to look good.

And we were finally able to move out of Bakersfield, California, which we were at for a couple of years.

We moved to Orange County.

We were stoked.

But then as we moved, it's like we were no longer doing the – we lost all of our contacts.

We changed our business strategy.

So the point is like there's dips in business.

Even though we had some success, we were now experiencing this dip.

And 2010 was just kind of a rough year.

We didn't do as many deals.
