kind of everything kind of came together and exploded and it's like almost like all the struggles and trials mixed with the success from before just blew up with a few epiphanies that we had of we can make this machine we can make this work for us and we did 60 houses in 2011 and then like you said the following year we did over 100 we've done 100 cents and been making a seven-figure income since and i don't know so break that down for so back take us back a year in 2014 how much did you make and i want to break down how you did it

So that would be, that was last year.

We were net profit just over a million dollars, probably 1.1, 1.2 million.
Oh, well, this year is really interesting because
I'd say about half of our income, if not more, from real estate is going to come in the next quarter because we have about 30 houses on the market right now that we're closing on because we've bought so many houses this year.
And then our education business, I don't know if you're ready to go to our education business, but that is taken off in the last three months.
We've been doing online education for two years now.
And there have been times I want to throw in the towel.
The household wasn't taking much of our time.
And then the online business was taking a ton of our time.
But now the last three months, you know, two months ago we did $85,000.
And then last month we did $125,000.
And then we just launched our high-end.
This is, like, very timely.
Because yesterday, at the time of this recording, we launched our high-end program.
