I don't know that they're going to, they don't necessarily have any guys that they're going to get a huge haul for.

Probably Gosman's your top, you know, assuming we're just talking about guys that are pending free agents.

Gosman's probably your top arm and he's someone that can probably fetch you a couple prospects, but no team is going to hand you their top prospects for him.

right it's it's guys that are probably in their mid to low tier of prospects on a team or like a fringe 100 uh prospect or something like that or maybe a fringe 100 prospect and a flyer or things like that so you're not going to get a huge haul but it's still you know you can still collect some and then flip them in the off season too i do think the blue jays in general like

To fill out some of the areas of roster, it's going to have to be through trade.

Because I just don't think the free agent class is strong enough.

And their farm system... I was actually listening to Keith Law yesterday on the morning show on your network.

And he was saying that the Blue Jays' farm system is fine.

It's certainly not in bad shape.

There's other teams that are far worse off.

But it's also not...

in the greatest shape right they don't have a ton to spare and of their top guys namala and jojo parker they probably don't want to move those guys um and so if you're not moving those guys then there's just like not a ton to choose from so i think that the other idea could just be like stocking up their farm system in order to flip those guys in the off season

I think that Gosman, a couple of starts ago, sort of said after the game that he wasn't thinking about it being his last start in a Toronto uniform.

And I think he's kind of said that same thing, or obviously he's

um he knows he's on the trade block and he's spoken about his desire to not be traded or he just loves Toronto so much he doesn't want to leave but I think that Saturday assuming he makes that start and I think he will I mean I know there's sort of talk around this time where a team if they want to trade a guy they won't start him uh I think the Blue Jays will probably

probably just start him.

I mean, he has a pretty healthy track record, too.
