The only shorter one of that is indoor 60-meter.
I also run a 4x1, which is a relay, and I have the world record in a sprint medley relay, which is a variation of a different relay.
I ran the first leg because my strong suit is usually my burst, my energy, the way that I could get out the blocks, my reaction to the gun.
So that's why a lot of times my coach will tell me to slow down.
Like, as soon as the bell ring, I'm ready to go.
They're like, just because the bell ring don't mean you got to get on them.
But it's something about hearing that gun or hearing that bell that made me snap into it.
a hundred percent and that's really why i love this business as well because i feel the same feelings that i feel when i was competing and running track like like you said when you put your fingers down there you're warming up first first you got to get the warm up that's when the adrenaline's pumping and things like that but you got to learn to put all that adrenaline and bottle it up because if you're on the line jittery you could fall start so you got to make sure that you learn how to bottle all that up and use it in the right moments
And that's the same thing that I feel here.
So 100%, I'm on a line.
I'm breathing very slow.
I'm taking deep breaths.
One of my coaches even said, if you could yawn, that's the best because that shows that you're super relaxed.
So maybe if I should try and yawn before a match, then that lets me know that you're relaxed and you're ready.
Yeah, I definitely did.
