I think it's anyone's game in some ways.

I sort of get why they're picking their players.
Yeah, I get it, Kenny.
But how's it going to look in two years' time?
Oh, well, we're in the business of winning now, and that's what you have to spend most of your time in, unfortunately.
And, you know, there might be another player come up at some stage that they just go and recruit like Ben King or Zach Butler.
We're out of time.
So the AFL sent a memo to clubs about 18 months ago suggesting or recommending that they employ two psychologists, one across the AFLW program, one across the AFL men's program, on a 0.6 load.
That was 18 months ago.
And then Laura Kane revealed and the AFL revealed the other day that they will mandate that every club have...
a full-time psychologist.
And whether that full-time psychologist is there on game day or not remains to be seen.
And, Kenny, we spoke about this last night on AFL Nation in the pre-game a little bit.
But it's fair to say at Clubland and amongst the AFL Players Association, it hasn't gone down particularly well because this was a declaration made before the details were clear.
