I mean, it's that staff contract.
I mean, does he need to be extended at any stage or is he just... Well, not for them.
There's got to be something in his current contract that gives him some safety.
Incentives, yeah.
I have no doubt there has to be because he's not going to sign.
He knows the lay of the land too.
Yeah, he probably was, but that's what we do in this industry, unfortunately, with coaches.
