And I think it's really important.
We've got four values within our team and we've got black standards within it.
Black standards are the behavioral stuff for that value.
They've come up with that.
And then what we're trying to do every day is try and live those black standards, acknowledge it.
We've got a konga, which is given to somebody who represents that value.
So he's the kaitiaki of the day and then he passes it on the next day.
and you know everything and some of the talks I've had with the boys it's we're not talking about just rugby we're talking about about life and we talked about that pressure moment and what can we actually do about it but
You know, that's just not in footy.
You know, you make a mistake.
It's about what's important, what you do next.
And that's not just rugby.
It's everything outside of it too as well.
So we're trying to relay those types of messages.
Not for us because we're just going to control our behaviours and our intent and what we do.
