I know people talk a lot about obsession versus passion.
Some people talk about you must be obsessed with the game.
I don't know about that because obsessive behavior can lead to some really dangerous – well, not dangerous, but some really strong thoughts –
tour and around and how it shapes you as a person and how you're seen in the public eye.
But if you're passionate about rugby, then there's your passion, but then what else are you passionate about tour as well?
And then you can be able to sort of, what do you say, you can move yourself away from footy and focus on the other things, whether it's getting in surf, whether it's mountain biking, whether it's going for a walk or whatever, you know, walking the dog, sometimes that can be good fun too as well.
But, you know,
Yeah, that growth mindset is critical in our space.
The willingness to learn, the willingness to go, actually, how I'm doing it is a little bit wrong.
I need to slightly adjust here.
That's okay.
And even as a coach, I'm, you know, learning that, like, I'm sure this is the right way.
And then I've got some great people around me with Brock James, Jimmy Lentius, and Will Henry, and...
You know, they really make you think about the game through their experiences.
Like having those people around our young group of men is awesome.
You know, they've got different views of the game, different deliveries, and then we've got experienced management around us too as well.
Really good physio, a really good S&C who's been, you know, with the Crusaders Academy, you know, moving them forward in that space too as well.
