But that being said, in all of those circumstances and generally I think once they do get under the nose of the right person

They do tend to be dealt with pretty quickly, but

You've just got to find the right person with the right appetite to deal with it and on the interim basis until we can then get before a judge and and put the debtor on notice and and consider the final third party debt order.

And and maybe not for third party debt orders, but when it comes to

cryptocurrency and without getting too technical about where the particular

wallets are held or or the physical record of the digits if there are any.

I think we are increasingly seeing judges being creative with the orders that are made or that if you know uh that the very specific digits that we all know you get one digit wrong and you've just lost millions are physically held somewhere, then there are other methods of which you can go and whip that out of whatever safe it might be there if it is a physical thing, although increasingly obviously we're talking about digital wallets

and trying to serve platforms internationally that

may not want to be served in that way.

They are to some extent limited in their application because

Although they provide for an automatic deduction of sums from a weekly or monthly salary, it has to be from a salary of an employee.

So where we've got those debtors who are self employed or paid by way of dividends, this isn't really going to help.

I pause there because what I also don't think too many people realise or we've touched on through our discussions is that

If you've got the sort of case where you already anticipate that there's going to be issues with the payment of maintenance, interestingly an attachment of earnings order can be made at the same time as the original financial remedy order.

Again, you've probably got a bit of an uphill battle in convincing.

a judge to do that at that time, but as we love to say, every case turns on its own facts.

And if you do have someone who has been

so tricky about paying so far or is

diverting income predominantly to be paid in a different way.
