It can't be if they hold that with a third party.

Now because Chris and I are clearly, you know, such a cruel people that we were thinking the other day that how this could in theory include credit in a solicitor's client account.

And notably this was then an issue that was dealt with in a really recent case of A and Z number two.

Where McKendrick J did make the interim order but noted that such orders against a party's own solicitors are are going to be unusual.

They could interfere with that party's access to legal representation, but that needs to be balanced against the negative effects of the other caused by their non compliance.

Whilst Chris was just saying about being able to get a charging order ex parte means they're all it's all pretty quick.

Finding a way to actually serve these interim third party debt orders on institutions is not in my experience all that easy.

Over the years I found myself sort of sat in branches of H S B C trying to track down the name of someone in HQ legal team.

or or or making international inquiries of foreign banks that have

branches in the UK.

and trying to find someone that deals with the legal matters over here because

although it needs to be a UK based account that can be a UK based account of a foreign bank.
