Yeah.
Well, back to your olive oil, though, it's real food that has the nutrients to heal and help the body, fuel the body.
I mean, that olive oil is so good for inflammation and things, and it's because it's real food.
So nature knew what it was doing with real food.
I know.
That's why I have to teach the good, better, best.
Because even the cheap stuff's going to be better than that vegetable oil.
And then once you get really good at your health journey, then yeah, you and I and people further along are going to go find the best, the perfect one and share that with others.
You got to start somewhere.
I know.
Believe me.
All the followers want to know exactly the best one to buy on all these things.
So I'm constantly reading about them and you think you have a good brand and all of a sudden they're not a good brand anymore.
So it's tricky.
And this is where people get so overwhelmed.
They just give up.
They're like, we're done.
Like we thought avocado oil was good and now it's not.
I do a lot, but then you've got to make sure you even get a good source of tallow.
