Um, but there were there were shades of what we saw last season as well in terms of them wanting to play the nice brand of football and leaving themselves exposed, like you say.
They they knew West Ham after the first goal had pace in behind yet when they were caught out in possession for the second goal.
Leon was well up the pitch, the full backs were were pressed on.
So it's great that they have confidence in their ability to play and they still played really, really well in possession, you know.
Um it was just that kind of naivety at the back that they need to tidy up on.
Um they have definitely improved in possession.
The team is definitely better than it was last season, but
because they are in possession so much now and they're gonna be playing it around, they can't afford to get just that complacency against any team. 'Cause the likes of West Ham, they totally dominated
Sixty five percent of sessions thirty five.
But you would say West Ham had the better chances because they were so vulnerable on that counterattack London City.
Um and there were great, great, you know, finishes by West Ham and you can't take away from them.
And it's huge for West Ham, you know, to get a home win early in the season.
You know, they only got two home wins last year and they were really in the depths of that.
um relegation battle for a really, really long time.
They're three wins away from home.
