of having chemical engineering background and specifically some nuclear, I just wanted to understand that if state law changed, even though we would leave this in our charter, would we have that possibility of adapting to state law if it did change because of the

monumental changes in technology, I will say it.

I don't know also if it's possible for us to have a straw poll,

and asking, does everyone feel comfortable with a one and two type changes?

Do we want to go to a ballot?

I just wonder, are we able to kind of pull the council so we know where our hot button issues are?

And then we have five of our level threes

if we're able to have a discussion about each one of those before we do it overall.
