And when I'm looking at what you said for phase two is that wouldn't be done until the fall. podcast-host

And so that tells me July 5th is our city's birthday. podcast-host

I do know the person that did this settlement, they were part of the BPAC. podcast-host

and so I'm very aware of the settlement and what happened and why, and I understand putting the two together and doing it in phases, it makes sense, but I wanna make certain I can feel comfortable that we're still able to have either what we want to in Central Park or that we have an alternative that's more than acceptable. podcast-host
