How long ago did you start it?

We are coming up to, I think three, it'd be three years in November.

So it kind of started slow and then we were, I was crawling and then it was actually the anxiety post that did it for me in March of the next year.

And it's sort of been going since then.

So it was just,

I think I was really lucky and it was the information that was needed at the time I had it, I suppose.

So it's a lovely collision of events.

No, I really, to be honest, when I started this, I didn't know where it was going to end up.

I didn't, I just started.

And I think when you're on the right track, the path widens up to take you.

And honestly, that's what happened.

And so

I started it.

I started it from my kitchen bench.
