I didn't know where it wanted to end up.
I just knew that this was how it would start and where it would finish.
I didn't know.
And I was just going to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
And
I had no idea it would be with kids.
I had no idea it would be with anxiety.
But I think it's a really great time for psychology because we, well, in the last 10 years or so, we're learning so much about the brain and the way we're wired because of technology.
And so being able to translate that into a way that we can understand, I think it's a really great time in psychology.
And for me, I really need to break something down to understand it.
It's not like I can just read
a scientific paper and understand it straight away.
I have to sit with it and break it down and wrestle it.
And then by the time I've done that, I can understand it in a way that is easy to explain.
And then you share it with the rest of us.
