You can use to robot sauce if you want.

It's really a such a fun dish to make.

And there's something that feels slightly more elevated about it because it's an individual shell instead of like a big lasagna.

I love a lasagna too.

But I don't know.

I just think they're so pretty when you bake them off and you serve them to someone.

And I stuff it full of greens.

And I think that's that I think that is a nice balance of that creamy ricotta and lots of greens and lots of garlic.

Well, Sonia, my next bite is French onion crostini.

And this was a recipe that my friend Malin made.

We were on spring break together and she and I like to collaborate on our menus.

We travel together.

And so she brought this French onion crostini.

She actually used one of the tips that we shared on our show, which is that you can caramelize onions in your slow cooker.

And so she did that and made this ahead of time and brought it.
