But the first time that I made it, I just made it as is, the whole recipe, because I thought, you know what?

My mom used to make this.

I remember these cookies, they were so good.

And one of the things that I don't remember about the cookie is that it actually has no gluten in it.

It's just oatmeal.

It's just oats.

And they're so pretty and they're so big and they're so fun to share.

And so the first time I made it, I scooped out all the cookies.

I froze them on a sheet pan and then I saved all that dough.

And it really took me the whole entire summer to use all that dough.

But I was very popular.

Anywhere that I went, I would take monster cookies.

And it's so very forgiving.

Sometimes I like to add kale from my garden.

Adding a bunch of basil is really nice.
