Well, Sonia, I want to share my monster cookie recipe again.
Monster cookies were very much a part of my childhood.
So monster cookie recipe that I use is actually from the high school I attended and the cook of the high school was a family friend of ours.
And
Our high school had these incredible Munster cookies.
And so at one point, my mom got a hold of the recipe.
And it's in a couple of those regional cookbooks that are printed by the church or the women's group of the town or whatever.
What's amazing about the recipe that I used, it calls for like a dozen eggs.
The recipe that I shared is actually a half of what I use at home.
So this recipe that we share is six eggs, two cups of sugar, two cups of brown sugar, a cup of melted butter, three cups of creamy peanut butter, nine cups of oatmeal, baking soda, vanilla extract, and then a pound of M&M's.
It's double that.
Basically what my recipe says is you mix it in a bus tub.
Like you mix it in like a giant tub that you would bus dishes with.
And that is kind of really what you need.
And if you think about taking three cups of peanut butter or six cups of peanut butter and nine cups of oatmeal or 18 cups of oatmeal...
