And I didn't get any communication from the coaches.

um, had the worst sleep ever that night, um, but we had our one-on-ones the next morning, and I got called in, amazing coach that Norleen is, she sat me down, and she's, like, just trying to understand what my thinking was around why I did what I did, and how it happened, um, talked it through, and she's, like, great, well, now you've learned, don't do that again, and, um, yeah, the next tour, I, I got game time, I got starting lineups, so, um,
Yeah, just testament to the coach that she is, that she's very big on players learning from their mistakes.
If you learn from your mistakes, I think she's happy.
It's when you don't learn, that's when you're in trouble.
It's that awkwardness because you know you did wrong, you know?
And so they don't want to justify it by being like, no, that was, like, unlucky for you because you did wrong.
You have to acknowledge that.
But I did have the support from the players that, like, it's okay, it's not the end of the world.
Like, don't worry about it.
So...
Yeah, it's torn between two because you need to acknowledge that you made a mistake because that's how you learn from it.
But getting that love from the players was very much, thank goodness.
I know, I know.
I don't hide from it.
I think at the start I was like, oh, I just don't want anybody to mention it.
But
It's like you say, you learn from your mistakes, and it's so important to learn from them.
