Yeah, look, to be honest, I would still say I am shy.

Yeah.

Yeah, it's a bit of a balanced thing for me.

I would still say I'm shy at times, but definitely have grown up quite a lot since I probably when I first moved, I would not have spoken unless it was spoken to me.

I would just like hide in the corners.

I wouldn't want to do anything.

whereas now I try and put myself out there.

I've realised over the years that I've been in New Zealand, any opportunity is a great opportunity, so I have to put myself out there, even though it puts me in an uncomfortable position sometimes.

And that's worked well for me.

So, yeah.

I mean, when I was a lot, a lot younger.

I think since being in New Zealand, I haven't had a long-term relationship.

That's single for a very long time, isn't it?

No, I've talked to people here and there, but never, like I mentioned, the time.

And especially with netball being so busy, I just never had the time to really want to spend that on a significant other.

I think I was really just focusing on myself.

But yeah, back in the day, I had at high school, I had a partner for, well, boyfriend for three years.
