How do you recognize that?
so important.
I think over the over the years, we've seen some very purpose-driven organizations that haven't made it because maybe they haven't had the always-on strategy.
They haven't managed to overcome the level of disruption.
Um, it could be for many reasons, but it is fiercely competitive to keep the business high performing and have have this purpose.
And I guess, you know, it's how this purpose supports businesses to
innovate and and evolve and very much how that meaningful work brings a workforce that's able to experiment and innovate.
Um and and and be able to have long horizons of success.
And given in this
radical uncertainty that's getting harder.
I just wanted to focus a bit on the type of leaders we need Charles up ahead.
Um you've worked with many remarkable leaders over the years.
What what type of leader is required for this new sort of business operating system we're we're going into?
One of the things I'm really interested in with your experience, Valerie, is you've worked in some very fast-scaling organizations like Tesla, like Empower.
So speed and responsibility matters.
are a real tension that you're balancing whilst protecting the human potential, whilst embracing innovation and AI.
So that's an amazing mix.
I think so many people are leaning into now and in the future, maybe more than ever before.
And you've already experienced a bit of that and really interested to hear a bit of wisdom from you about how do you navigate that?
