You can get parental responsibility through a court application if you're not on the birth certificate for whatever reason.

So you have parental responsibility.

So that means both of you are responsible for your kids.

You then are expected now to work out what the best arrangement is for your kids and how you want to.

Share the care.

And sharing the care is way more common.

So the old idea of dad sitting in McDonald's like the weekend stuff.
