And so when people come on the podcast and talk about either their own experiences or the kind of ins and outs of what you have to do.
So we have like technically ones, and then we have ones where people are just sharing their stories.
It's so important to hear someone else's story.
And I heard Gary Lineker talking to Davina McCall the other week about exactly that, his divorces and what he'd been through.
So when people like that come out and talk
talk about it, it enables everybody else to think it's okay to talk about it as well.
Yeah, and talk like you you made the point earlier about male suicide, a massive issue um when people divorce and separate because women tend to have networks where they're used to talking about feelings and emotions, men less so still.
It is changing, but still as a generalization, men have fewer of those connections where they will open up and talk.
And that's such an amazing channel to just kind of
Allow people not to feel so isolated, allow people to feel that they're not in it on their own, but there are people around who love them, care about them and want them to succeed in whatever, you know, life comes next kind of thing.

So I think trying to have those conversations.
I think men talking about this kind of stuff is incredibly important.
