And how are people gonna use this book?
So I really do think about the user a lot when I'm looking at um because what happens with cookbook design is you will have an initial sort of sample pages.
So it won't be the whole design and layout, but you'll have, you know, you'll see recipes and you'll see how sidebar.
And and text are going to flow and you see how the typography is interacting with the photography.
Um from there, I'm always thinking, can I read this?
Is it legible?
Um I've seen books where it's like yellow backdrop with white letters on top, and I'm thinking, I'm sorry, I just like I it's really hard to read.
You know, especially if you have to think you have to think about paper stock and if there's any kind of like
um sheen on that paper, is that gonna make that yellow and white
even harder to read.
Um so I think about legibility size of the the font, page numbers because I'm a stickler.
Like if it's in the table of contents and there's a page number and I'm flipping through a book and I and that book maybe just has a photo so there's no page number on that photo.
Maybe I'm not the best one to to ask, but it's not I've never heard of outside feedback.

There's so many ways to design usable books within those like that framework.
It it's always it always amazes me what designers will come up with and like I would have never thought of that.
