Like maybe I know what I'm doing.
So I started mentoring people just on the side.
La Trobe University reached out to me to mentor.
um some of their like dietetics and nutrition students post their degrees if they were wanting to either get into the career into the workforce or potentially open their own businesses.
So I started kind of doing that on the side, which I still do now.
It's just volunteer work.
It's free, but I love it.
Um, I was doing that on the side and then people were asking to pick my brain and I thought, you know what?

So I decided to, well, actually, that whole process took two years because I was crippled, and I know a lot of listeners will probably relate to this.
I was crippled by the fear of failure and the fear of judgment.
I was so worried that if I made the pivot from just being your typical fitness online coach to now business consulting, people would say things like, She's a flop, she's a liar.
She hasn't done what she's claiming to do.
I wouldn't trust her.
Business coaching is a scam.
All of the things that you hear across social media.
And that crippled me for two years.
I talked about doing business coaching and consulting for two years to anyone that would listen to me, but I followed it up with absolutely no action.
And it got to the point where again, my partner, we love him, he called me out on it and he said, You know, you've been talking about this for two years.
