Like, you know, I went from making eight hundred dollars as a personal trainer on the gym floor, working from 5 a.m.

in the morning to nine p.m.

at night, to now building a business that has made

multi-million dollars, right?

All from literally this room that I'm sitting in right now from my computer.

The the difference between the person who just gets the eight hundred dollars on the gym floor versus the person that builds this big business is the person that's willing to look at where they are.

So yeah, I I think if you're if you're the person to answer your question in a very long-winded way, if you're the person who is the PT on the gym floor and you're wanting to make that transition to online, the first thing you need to do is you need to ask yourself.

What am I currently doing?

What are my patterns, my habits, my behaviors that are stopping me from being able to either make that pivot or go after the life that I want?

Where are you lacking self belief? 'Cause at the end of the day, as a business owner

You're the only person that's gonna believe in yourself and your mission as much as you do.

You are creating something out of nothing when you run a business, meaning you are the only person that can see that vision.

So you can't, you don't have a boss, you don't have someone patting you on the back telling you you're doing well.

You don't have someone saying this is a really good job with that external validation to keep going.

You need to have that deep-rooted self-belief, or otherwise you won't be a founder, you won't be a visionary, you won't grow a really big business because every single hurdle that pops up.

Whether it's clients leaving, clients unfollowing you, people not paying invoices on time will cripple you.
