So we would say at least three days a week and building those foundational habits so you can sustain that weight loss forever, because that's a very big part of the picture.
It's like, yes, we want to lose that additional weight, which with a GLP-1, that's going to help kickstart that, but we need to learn how to sustain that.

I feel like for me, the experience I'm having is everyone on TikTok is a peptide final boss.
They are pushing them and really using language like everybody is using these.
Everybody, everyone in Melbourne is doing this.
Everyone is looking this good because they're using X, Y, and Z. It's like everybody is not first and foremost.
But secondly, really pay attention if you're listening and consuming this kind of content that you're not just getting pulled in for a marketing scheme.
I can absolutely guarantee you that anyone who is pushing this across social media is making profit from it, a substantial amount of profit from it, which means that they have a particular agenda that they are trying to push, which is not necessarily good nor bad, but it is something that we need to be hyper aware about, especially if you are someone who does get FOMO and falls victim to gullible, easy, pushy marketing.
And I agree.
I think when we think about it from the lens of overall health, these people don't give a fuck about your health because if they gave a fuck about your health, they wouldn't be pushing something that is not regulated and not done thorough testing just yet.
So it's really, really important that we are having or using our discernment and not just falling victim to watching some hot chick with abs on social media.
