Or did it take you 10 years to gain 10 kilos?
And I'm not saying it's going to take you 10 years to lose 10 kilos, but like, why do we expect that we are going to reverse all of the shitty habits, behaviors, and patterns that we have now adopted and ingrained over the last 10 years in a two to three week to four week cycle?
It's just so unrealistic.
And if you have that mindset, you're already setting yourself up for failure.
Again, reaffirming to yourself that you'll never get where you want to be.
Release the expectations, go in really open-minded and look at it as a lifestyle change.
You know, we say all the time, it is not about a quick fix.
It is about doing something that you can do when you're 60, 70, 80 for longevity.
So you don't fall over and end up in hospital and maybe not come out the other side when you're old and brittle.
We don't want brittle bones around here.
