Yeah, but I think it's important.
It's super important.
But I just think like we have like Thursdays, our dedicated day to work on the podcast.
During the week, we're obviously working.
And then on the weekends, we hang out.
But like just this clear definition between each of those things and the ability to be like, I'm done talking about this.
Let's talk about that.
And on that note, I always hear about people saying, don't mess friendship and business.
And I'm like, sure, I get that if you've got shitty friends, or I get that if you're not seeing eye to eye, like I can understand how that would happen and it would be better to separate those things.
And common values.
common values but I also think the reason that I thought the potty oath was so important is because I view our friendship up here and the podcast is obviously important to me but like nothing surpasses our friendship money business anything like that all is secondary so in my head I'm like it's really important that we nail this at the get-go because I don't want anything to come up that's going to jeopardize what is the most important to me like if it was a like a like
My relationship with Ben, like all of those things, I think the same way, like that clarity over like, what do you guys want?
Like Kate said, shared common values.
That is going to be the make or break.
And if you do go into business with a friend, I think having those tough conversations at the start are going to be hugely beneficial.
Okay, Morris, I love you.
I feel like you messaged me recently.
You were like, tell me three things and I listed them off.
I did physical attributes, personality and something else.
