If you want to get leaner, if you want to get the weight loss results, if you want to lose 10 kilos,
but you can't do it on your own because you are inconsistent, you're not following a structured training plan, you don't understand nutrition, you're constantly in a shiny object syndrome spiral, you need to be looking at these things first.
Because going on something like this, which is again going to be a short-term thing,
is not going to help you long-term.
What do you do when you come off that?
How do you sustain your results?
How do you get a result by yourself?
Before you just jump ahead and think that, and I get it, I've looked at this stuff before and gone, wow, these people are marketing this incredibly well.
it does create this sense of, well, if you're not doing it, you're never gonna get where you wanna be.
But you need to seriously ask yourself, if I am wanting to lose weight and get leaner, for example, what am I currently doing that's stopping me from doing that?
Am I skipping my reps in the gym?
Am I getting bored and going, fuck this, I'm going to try something new?
Am I not counting all of my calories and macros because I refuse to learn that?
Am I not weighing my food if I'm in a deficit?
Am I not showing up to the gym and ticking off all my training sessions?
Am I not drinking enough?
Am I not sleeping enough?
Am I not hitting my step goal and my movement goal and managing my stress?
All of that stuff is going to get you the result without needing any of this kind of intervention.
But if you can't even do that, for fuck's sakes, if you can't even eat a vegetable,
