Why are you going to then do this?
Doesn't make any sense to me at all.
And I really think if you're worried about your health and you're doing it from a health perspective, tick all the boxes I just said, because that is actually worrying about your health, not going on something that is unregulated and not tested enough at this current point in time.
And you also, I know you mentioned bone mineral density, but like osteoporosis.
Yeah.
Huge in women over the age of 50 and 60.
Like I know right now we probably don't think about that, but it is something that we probably will need to think about when it's thrown in our faces because we haven't prioritized actually taking care of our health and lifting weights.
Even like what you said around, you know,
feeling weaker, but also having joint problems, easier injury, harder to recover post-injury, all of these things.
I can't even remember the statistics, so don't quote me on it, guys.
But over the age of 60, having a fall and breaking a bone is
X amount of people die from that.
Like they do not recover from that.
Like having a fall is a really high risk of death in the population over 60 because they don't have any bone mass.
But muscle mass is what I was going to say to protect their ligaments and their joints and their bones.
And I think, you know, we can get so caught up in social media and I get it guys.
Like I, you know, sometimes I have clients ask me things and it is so convincing that
that I need to double check because I'm like, oh, like that marketing is actually really good.
