It's like sometimes you're both right or you're both wrong and that's okay.
okay, this is the problem.
This is how we both feel.
How are we going to overcome this together?
And what will happen as a result of that is you will have a deeper relationship, better communication going forward.
But so many of us are avoiding that.
No, I was just thinking of the point of that.
I think it's also important, like, the whole, like, whatever traits people have, you also kind of need to meet people where they're at because, like, if you start dating someone and they are a certain way, like, you love all of these things about them but then they also have β
a couple traits that they've always had.
Like you should know that when you're dating them.
And also we all have it.
Like there's an element of like, yes, there's always workable things that you can improve and having emotional intelligence and being aware of those things is really important.
But there's also an element of like,
no one's a carbon copy of you.
And that would be boring.
Like the strengths that we all have and the weaknesses that we all have is what makes us uniquely us.
And the ability to have these hard conversations and just being like this thing that you do or this thing, like people don't even have an awareness of like what their traits are, like whatever it is.
