I mean, there are sometimes, if you do a food fight, and I've done food fights, you've got to pace that one because that gets messy really fast.

A jelly mould and a jelly made from the jelly mould.

Yeah, I would.

This is a jelly designed to last on a set for two days, possibly.

Okay.

And I've just added loads more gelatine than you would.

Okay, so it's very set.

Like times five.

It's like rubber.

Okay.

So it will not melt and it will just sit looking amazing.

Can you please describe this lovely jelly?

It's a Victorian style mould, so it's got quite a lot of decoration in the actual shape of the mould.

And then it's got layers of it, of jelly and fruit and flowers arranged so you can see them round the edge and on the top.

What inspired this design?

I've done a lot of jellies.

I'm kind of known for them.

So I know how to place stuff to make it look pretty.

So you do maybe a little sprinkle of pomegranate seeds or you might put a bit of dried rose petals or this one's got blueberries, strawberries and roses in it.

A couple of leaves because the green always catches the light.
