I've done jellies where I've suspended a whole bunch of grapes upside down in a jelly mould and I tie it with a piece of string over a, like a chopstick and I hold that over the top of the jelly and then you just fill it and so that when you turn it up it looks like the jelly, the grapes are suspended.
And I've done stripy jellies.
It just... It's a fun thing.

What kind of scene would this jelly be used for?
I would probably do this in a period film.
Because...
The Georgians like jellies.
The Victorians like jellies.
I might do it in maybe a science fiction film, but maybe not this particular mold.
Because it's got a wow factor.
People are like, oh, that's so pretty.
And it looks, it catches the light.
It looks really beautiful on a set.
If I go to a restaurant, I do look at the presentation of the food.
And I do think, oh, could I do that cheaper and make it last longer?
Because when I do a restaurant scene, that's what I'm aiming to do.
I'm aiming to make the food to look fantastic.
not cost much and you know the garnishes and the edible flowers and the and also food trends because the way restaurants present things it changes it's like it always used to be like the smear of food and now it's a lot of sprinkles or dots and yeah it's it's it's an interesting yeah well i just want like a bowl and a spoon yeah good food just cooking well well thank you for bringing them in you're welcome
