One of the things that happened is that I started automatically recreating the old pattern of unavailability.

Yeah.

Like that pattern is just sitting there, you know, ready to bounce.

Like you actually have to generate your life.

Yes.

You have to create a different future.

If you don't create something consciously, your past will determine your future.

That's just what's so.

So I noticed that that was happening.

And so I went in and I did some work on it.

One of my false centers, my source character stories, and by the way, there's not only just one for every area.

Sometimes they're kind of- Intertwined.

You work with the one that has the most energy in that moment.

The one that had the most energy in that moment for me was I'm Not Wanted.

And one of the ways of being in the I'm not wanted is over-giving your energy.

Because you're kind of anticipating people are going to reject you.

So you've got to be kind of a salesperson, right?

You've got to be like in their face a little bit and tap dancing and, you know, don't reject me.

But what happens is, of course, it makes people back up.

And then people back up.
