I've met with the parole board.

I've gone through that process.

I've had to confront an awful lot in putting my own submission together because it is not enough.

for me, that they know what he did.

They need to know how he did it.

My fear is that he would be perceived as not a threat to society.

I believe he's a threat to me.

But, you know, if he's not a threat to society, and that's one of the things they take into consideration, you know, could that mean he would get out of prison?

That's my fear.

You know, if he's engaged in prison life, if he's behaving himself, he's not causing any trouble.

All of the things that I know he's capable of being, they're considered pluses.

So, you know, I do see it quite differently than those that are going to be making the decision on his future.

He is not, to me, entitled to a life.

But at least if he is in prison, his life is somewhat curtailed and there is a punishment.

And that's what we need to, I suppose, look at.

He should be punished for what he did to Owen and Rory.

And the only punishment for that is prison.

And that's where he should be for the rest of his life.

And I hope that is where he'll be.

So for me, I want to see the introduction of minimum sentencing.
