So I met him at several points during his travels.
And then I suppose, you know, as time goes on and when you're in that long distance relationship, there comes a point in time where it's either make or break.
And it got to a point he had, he'd finished his traveling, he'd come back to the UK and
By the time I made the decision to leave Saudi and come home or come back to him, we'd been together for about five years.
So, you know, to have let that go would have been hard.
And I didn't want to.
He was either looking for work or had work.
And I had to make a decision.
You know, we either finished the relationship at that stage or I came back home and came back home.
And then Kathleen fell pregnant.
Sanj got really upset with me at the time because I wouldn't consider having a termination.
But the hard part of that is, you know, I know what he was like with Owen as soon as he was born.
So I remember talking to him about it afterwards and he was like, but, you know, I just, I didn't know what it would be like.
I didn't know what to expect.
And he said until he held Owen in his arms, he didn't know, he didn't connect with a man.
I think that's possibly the way for lots of men.
I lived back down with my parents for our half of the maternity leave, I suppose, which was nice.
And we kind of discovered we were both more conservative than we might have thought we were and wanted to get married before he was born.
So we did that, went to Barbados actually to get married, just the two of us.
He was born in Northern Ireland himself, but he would have been from a very traditional Indian background.
