And I have to stay calm.

so that I can respond well.

And I often use the example of my daughter who's got hugely beautiful vocabulary and was quite strong-willed.

And when she went into stress and I would be looking at her and I would, if I didn't stay calm and she says, I'm going for a walk, I have to hold control there.

So I'm like, you are not going for a walk.

You're staying here, you know?

So I would stay calm.

And I remember once she's like, mum, you know, I said something psychotic.

You know, it's okay, sweetheart.

Don't you talk to me like a psychotic.

So then the next time I think, oh, I won't say anything.

And she goes, you're not talking to me.

You don't care.

Sometimes there's just nothing.

There's nothing.

So I stay calm.

I wait for her to start to calm down.

She goes, I'm going for a walk.

And at that stage, because I'm calm enough.
